Hr Executive And Recruiter (Part-Full Time, WFH)

• Job Posting & Advertising

  : Writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company's career page.

• Sourcing Candidates

  : Actively searching for candidates using databases, networking, and employee referrals, as well as attending job fairs or recruitment events.

• Screening & Shortlisting

  : Reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

• Interview Coordination

  : Scheduling interviews with hiring managers, setting up interview panels, and ensuring smooth interview processes.

• Candidate Assessment

  : Conducting or organizing assessments, such as skills tests or behavioral interviews, to evaluate candidate fit for the role.

• Communicating with Candidates

  : Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Negotiating Offers

  : Discussing salary expectations, benefits, and other employment terms, and extending formal job offers.

• Onboarding

  : Assisting with new hire paperwork, ensuring background checks are completed, and facilitating smooth onboarding processes.

• Building Talent Pipelines

  : Developing relationships with potential candidates for future openings, and maintaining a pool of talent.
