1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist in job postings and screening of resumes.• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.• Support onboarding formalities: document collection, induction scheduling, ID creation, etc.2. Employee Records & Documentation• Maintain and update employee files and HR database.• Handle joining formalities and exit documentation.• Ensure accuracy in maintaining leave and attendance records.3. HR Operations Support• Assist in payroll inputs like leaves, attendance, and salary changes.• Support the HR team in audits and compliance-related tasks.4. Employee Engagement & Communication• Assist in planning and organizing employee welfare activities.• Communicate HR policies and updates to employees.• Help in handling basic employee queries or grievances.5. Administrative Support• Maintain HR registers, trackers, and reports (e.g., new joiners, exits, birthdays).• Coordinate with vendors for ID cards, uniforms, insurance, etc.• Provide support during HR events, meetings, or training sessions.
