HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist at Yellowpages, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - 5+ years of Generalist experience in Information Technology HR operations is preferred. - Collaborate with business heads to drive high productivity across all teams. - Plan recruitment for IT (software development) and operations roles. - Develop job descriptions for recruitment and manage recruitment activities such as resume search, interview scheduling, internal interview coordination, offer letters, and onboarding. - Assist in creating and implementing workplace policies, processes, and systems. - Ensure HR compliance requirements are met for a large IT organization. - Coordinate with external service providers like Chartered Accountants and Recruiters as necessary. - Work with business heads to define Key Result Areas (KRAs) and implement a Performance Management System. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Proficient in Grievance Handling. - Sound understanding of creating workplace policies and effectively implementing them. - Ability to identify and nurture talents and skills in employees to enhance their contributions to diverse projects. - Thorough knowledge and compliance with HR standards for a large IT organization. - Strong communication skills and a pleasant demeanor. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Google apps. - Capable of multitasking and delivering HR solutions within deadlines.
