Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sending the daily report completed with all facts by 10.00 am to HO
Co-ordinating for attendance in daily basis and sharing with HO - HR team with supporting leave/OD forms.
In case of absenteeism for than 4 days intimating HO after identifying the background of absence.
Intimating HO about any events related to employees like marriage/health etc. in advance.
Ensuring that all joining documents (PF/ESIC/Gratuity/Mediclaim/GPA/GTL/ID card form/Joining Report etc. sent by HO is completed employee and returned within 1 week.
Ensure that notice board is updated as per the checklist provided.
Ensure that on resignation of employee, the F&F documents are completed and sent to HO.
Ensure that all employees deployed at site are in complete uniform and are carrying ID Card.
In case of any disciplinary activity by an employee, intimating Project Head and HR - HO immediately.
Any communication sent by HO - HR to be carried out as per instructions mentioned.
Any suggestions/grievances of employee to forwarded to HO HR and Project Head and ensure that the same will be closed.
Processing the invoices of contractors as per the process defined and in case of any gaps, intimating the vendor for closure of the non-compliance.
