Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition (IT recruitment experience mandatory)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT recruitment, HR operations, and vendor management. You will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top technical talent, managing HR processes, and building strong relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (IT Focus):

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural and technical fit.
  • Maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future needs.
  • Ensure smooth and timely closures of open positions while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Vendor Management:

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new recruitment vendors and consultants.
  • Maintain vendor agreements, coordinate profiles received, and track vendor performance.
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain transparent communication with vendors.

HR Operations:

  • Support onboarding and induction of new hires; manage documentation and employee records.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll-related inputs.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal coordination.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and HR communications.
  • Manage exit processes and ensure compliance with statutory HR requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in IT recruitment.
  • Proven experience in vendor sourcing, onboarding, and coordination.
  • Strong understanding of technical hiring, HR policies, and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in an IT services, consulting, or technology-driven environment.
  • Exposure to employer branding, campus hiring, and HR analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
