Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement:

• Plan, execute, and evaluate employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
• Drive participation in culture-building initiatives, pulse surveys, and wellness programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Onboarding Experience:

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate early engagement for new employees.
• Track and follow up on onboarding documents and induction feedback.

HR Operations:

• Support HR operations including documentation, HRIS data entry, maintaining employee records, and leave management.
• Assist in background verification, ID card processing, and HR audit requirements.
• Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR processes.

Support in New Initiatives:

• Assist the HR team in planning and rolling out new policies, systems, and process improvements.
• Participate in project-based assignments aimed at enhancing organizational development and employee experience.
• Provide backend and execution support for pilot initiatives or change management programs.

Qualification:

• Bachelors/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in HR generalist or similar roles.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with HR tools or systems preferred.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
