Technical Recruiter (IT Recruiter)A fast-growing company in the IT Services & Software Development sector hiring engineering, product and cloud talent for national delivery centres and client-facing teams. We are expanding our on-site recruiting capability across India and seek a high-impact Technical Recruiter to own hiring for mid-to-senior engineering and product roles.Role & Responsibilities

Own full-cycle technical recruitment for assigned roles: requisition intake ➜ sourcing ➜ screening ➜ interview coordination ➜ offer management ➜ onboarding handover.
Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow and job boards to build strong talent pipelines.
Conduct technical screens and coordinate coding assessments and interview loops with hiring managers and engineering leads; synthesize feedback and drive hiring decisions.
Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS, generate recruitment metrics, and deliver regular hiring status reports to stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end offer process including salary discussions, negotiations, offer issuance and background check coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to craft clear job descriptions, define success profiles and continuously improve sourcing and interview processes.
