IT Recruiter

As an HR Consultant focused on recruitment, you will manage full-cycle hiring processes, build strategic sourcing pipelines, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects our values. This is a hands-on, hybrid role ideal for someone with strong recruitment skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer rollouts
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for diverse roles
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and present top matches
• Ensure an engaging and professional candidate experience
• Maintain and manage data in ATS systems and internal tracking tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring needs and role requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal
• Strong sourcing experience via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
