Role Description

We are seeking an IT Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding technical candidates for various IT and digital roles. The role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and using various platforms to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in IT Recruitment, talent acquisition, and sourcing.
• Skills in resume screening, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ technical capabilities.
• Familiarity with job portals, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of IT terminologies and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment tasks effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience recruiting for IT roles is highly desirable.
