5 days WFO - BTM Layout, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• 1-2 years hands on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment for consulting and client-based requirements
  
• Understand client job requirements, skill sets, and project needs
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  
• Coordinate technical and client interviews
  
• Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
  
• Ensure adherence to TATs and client SLAs
  
• Build and maintain long-term candidate and client relationships
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)
  
• 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment within a consulting/staffing firm
  
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles
  
• Experience with contract and permanent staffing
  
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  

Preferred Skills:

• Client-handling experience
  
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics
  
• Experience working with multiple requirements simultaneously
