Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT Manager with over 08 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure design, network administration, and ERP systems implementation and support for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading IT initiatives across multi-location operations, managing enterprise IT systems, and implementing ERP solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks (LAN, WAN, wireless), storage systems, firewalls, and communication systems.
ERP Administration: Lead the implementation and administration of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013/2016 and Dynamics 365 F&O ERP systems. Customize ERP modules including Sales, Finance, Production Planning, POS, Service, and Warehouse Management. Develop Jet Reports and train users.
Project Leadership: Act as project manager for strategic IT projects including ERP upgrades, IoT implementation for energy and productivity monitoring, and CCTV surveillance system installations.
Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure data and network security through firewalls, endpoint protection, data backups, and adherence to IT auditing standards.
IT Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare annual IT CAPEX budgets, prioritize critical investments, and ensure cost-effective deployment of IT resources.
User Support & Team Management: Lead and mentor the IT team, assign tasks aligned with strengths, and provide advanced technical support across hardware, software, and networking.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements, ensure ERP alignment with business needs, and deliver customized IT solutions.
System & Network Administration: Manage SQL Server databases (2014/2017), oversee backups, and support Dell/HP server operations. Administer Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and G-Suite environments.
Documentation & Asset Management: Maintain IT asset inventory, create technical documentation, and manage structured cabling and hardware allocation across units.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications: CCNA, Hardware Course
Strong skills in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365, SQL Server, Office 365, Networking, and Security Systems
Experience with CCTV, Biometric Systems, Firewalls (Cyberoam), and Endpoint Protection (Sophos)
Proficient in project planning, troubleshooting, and team coordination

Soft Skills

High ethical standards and integrity.
