1. Manage and maintain hardware (servers, desktops, printers, CCTV, biometric).
2. Oversee ERP, licensed software, and IT application support.3. Administer network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls).4. Ensure cybersecurity, data backup, and disaster recovery protocols.5. Lead IT support team and resolve system issues promptly.6. Coordinate with vendors and manage IT budgets and AMC contracts.
