Position Overview: Cafe Hideout is seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and execute the maintenance operations across all its units. This role is pivotal in ensuring our infrastructure, equipment, and facilities are in optimal condition to support daily operations and uphold the brand's high standards of customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach with a solid working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, civil, and plumbing systems, along with strong record-keeping abilities and a commitment to preventative maintenance. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:1. Supervision & Coordination: Supervise all maintenance and repair work across units, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Coordinate with in-house staff and external contractors/vendors as required. Monitor the performance of technicians or outsourced repair personnel, ensuring quality and compliance with standards. 2. Preventive Maintenance: Design and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment (HVACs, exhausts, ovens, coffee machines, water purifiers, etc.). Conduct periodic audits to assess infrastructure health and predict potential issues before they escalate. 3. Multi-Disciplinary Maintenance: Basic diagnosis and oversight of: Electrical systems (wiring, panels, lights, UPS, DG sets). Mechanical equipment (kitchen machines, exhaust systems, pumps). Civil works (flooring, tiles, minor structural issues). Plumbing & Sanitation (leakages, drainage systems, water supply). Painting & Furniture Repair (touch-ups, seating, fixtures, decor maintenance). 4. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, service schedules, vendor visits, costs incurred, and spare part inventories. Prepare monthly reports on maintenance status, completed works, upcoming schedules, and areas needing attention. 5. Inter-Unit Travel: Regular travel between Cafe Hideout branches as required for inspections, repair supervision, or vendor coordination. 6. Emergency Response: Be available for handling urgent breakdowns and maintenance-related emergencies during or outside business hours.
