Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex systems and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking systems.
• - Lead IT projects and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for infrastructure support.
• - Ensure system security and data protection measures are in place.
• - Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• - Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• - Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team.
• - Prepare reports and documentation for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• - 5–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• - Strong leadership and communication skills.
• - Experience with VMware, SAS, NAS, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Storage Management.
• - Knowledge of network architecture and system integration.
• - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• - Familiarity with IT compliance and security standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
