The Project Manager will be responsible for planning projects and establishing criteria for measuring project success. If you are a detail-oriented professional with over 5 years of project management experience, we encourage you to apply for this position. Responsibilities and Duties: Collaborate with the team to create more efficient methods and maintain profitability. Develop specifications for all equipment required for each project. Create the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project data. Formulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures. Establish methods for administering field tests and develop various ways to monitor the quality of those tests. Accomplish information technology staff results by communicating job expectations. Manage and hire staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new employees. Maintain the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans. Direct technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centres. Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures. Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Knowledge Requirement: VMware/Windows/Linux Knowledge Storage/Server/OS Knowledge Networking knowledge (Firewall, Switches) Customer Handling Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required 2+ years’ related field and project planning experience Excellent project management skills desired Strong written and verbal communication skills Field management experience a plus Enterprise-level computer platform experience required.
