Purpose of role
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analytics Specialist to join our Infrastructure and Cloud Operations team. This is primarily a dashboard development, maintenance and stakeholder two-way communication role, with focus on adhering to SLA´s that drive operational excellence.
You will build dashboards (Power BI or Python), gather requirements from stakeholders, present insights to leadership, work with the teams to get issues fixed with urgence and support ITIL-based service management processes

Dashboard & Reporting Skills (Primary)

Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query) OR Python/PHP for dashboard development

Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis)

AI tools experience (Copilot, Claude AI) for code generation and analysis
Communication Skills (Critical)-
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Strong presentation skills for senior leadership

Stakeholder management and requirement gathering experience

This requires good interpersonal communication skills, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
ITIL Foundation-
ITIL v3/v4 certification or demonstrable knowledge

Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change Management processes

Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)

Knowledge of SLA/OLA and service metrics
Infrastructure & Cloud Basics
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially AWS)

Understanding of infrastructure monitoring concepts
- Knowledge of alerts, logs, metrics, and availability concepts
