Job Description

Job Title: IT Head

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

SAP Support:
Handle daily SAP user issues and provide first-level support.
Coordinate with SAP consultants for system updates and changes.
Ensure smooth functioning of modules like MM, SD, PP, and FI.
Application Development:
Design, develop, and manage internal applications as per departmental needs.
Collaborate with departments like Sales, Dispatch, HR for automation.
Maintain documentation and testing of all IT solutions.
CRM and Sales Support:
Manage CRM system for sales tracking and lead follow-ups.
Generate dashboards and MIS reports for the Sales Team.
Improve CRM usage and data accuracy across the organization.
Dispatch & Logistics IT Integration:
Support dispatch tracking software or systems.
Automate dispatch processes and integrate with SAP if required.
Provide real-time reports to management for logistics operations.
IT Infrastructure & User Support:
Manage internal IT infrastructure – networking, systems, printers, etc.
Implement IT security protocols, antivirus, backups, and user access control.
Provide IT support to users and ensure uptime of systems.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in SAP Support (MM, SD, PP modules preferred).
Good knowledge of application/software development (.NET, SQL, or PHP preferred).
Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, or custom).
Networking, IT hardware, troubleshooting, and system security skills.
Excellent coordination with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / B.Sc. (IT/CS) or equivalent.

Industry Preference:

Manufacturing, Coatings, Paints, FMCG, or Industrial Goods companies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,798.34 - ₹55,000.00 per month
