Position Overview:

The IT Head will be responsible for overseeing all IT operations, infrastructure, data security, and technology initiatives of the organization. The role involves driving digital transformation, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, and aligning IT strategies with the companys business goals.

Note- Experience sholud be handle zoho software end to end

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.
  
• Manage cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with IT policies.
  
• Evaluate and implement software, CRM, LMS, and ERP solutions.
  
• Lead and mentor IT team members across multiple locations.
  
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software.
  
• Ensure system uptime, data integrity, and regular technology upgrades.
  
• Support automation and digital transformation projects.
  
• Collaborate with senior management to improve operational efficiency through technology.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and project management skills.
  
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
  
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, and LMS platforms.
  
• Knowledge of networking, data backup, and IT support systems.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering.
  
• Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or similar) preferred.
