Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT & CRM Sales Manager

consultative sales

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CRM, automation, and IT software solutions.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

🔹 Client Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Understand client needs, pain points, and workflows to recommend appropriate CRM or IT solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with client requirements.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

🔹 CRM & Tech Solution Expertise

  • Collaborate with internal product and IT teams to align sales strategies with solution capabilities.
  • Stay updated with

    CRM trends, automation tools, AI integrations, and IT innovations.

  • Present and position products effectively against competitors with clear business value propositions.

🔹 Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with

    Marketing, Product, and IT

    teams to generate qualified leads and deliver client solutions.
  • Share client feedback with internal stakeholders for continuous product and service improvement.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale handover to project and support teams.

🔹 Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Manage and track all opportunities, contacts, and activities in the CRM.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, pricing policies, and documentation standards.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in

    IT / CRM / SaaS / Tech solution sales

    (B2B preferred).
  • Strong understanding of

    CRM systems

    , cloud solutions, or automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation

    skills.
  • Ability to translate technical features into clear business benefits.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools like

    Excel, Power BI, or sales CRMs

    for reporting and pipeline tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business Administration, IT, or related field

    ; MBA preferred.
