IT Business Development Manager

The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering IT solutions that align with their business goals.---Key Responsibilities:* Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT products and services domain.* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.* Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.* Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose appropriate solutions.* Prepare business proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.* Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.* Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.* Work closely with delivery and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:
* Proven experience in IT business development, sales, or account management.* Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and digital technologies (Cloud, SaaS, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, etc.).* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.* Ability to build rapport and network effectively.* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Qualifications:* Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).* 2 - 9 years of relevant experience in IT business development.
