About the Role:

Investor Relations (IR) Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage ongoing relationships with existing and prospective investors (LPs).
Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports, fund performance updates, and portfolio summaries.
Coordinate investor meetings, fund reviews, and annual LP gatherings.
Support fundraising efforts by preparing pitch decks, due diligence materials, and data room management.
Maintain investor databases, track engagement metrics, and ensure timely communication.
Collaborate with finance, investment, and legal teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance in all investor materials.

Requirements:

4–6 years of experience in
Investor Relations, Fundraising, or Communications
within a
VC/PE firm
.
Strong understanding of fund structures, financial reporting, and LP expectations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
