Key Roles and Responsibilities Portfolio Monitoring: Track and analyze the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies, including financial statement analysis, industry research, and market trends. Work with portfolio company to design and implement changes in KPIs, MIS and regular reporting. Review quarterly / annual board meeting decks and identify areas / matters to be discussed Review of Annual operating plan and preparation of ANOVA (analysis of variance) with Actuals. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and opportunities within the portfolio and develop strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them. Investment insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the investment team to inform future investments decisions. Analyse internal audit applicability and help portfolio companies to select IA firms and support in scope finalisation. Support portfolio in Statutory Audit scope finalization and timeliness Audit Management & Compliance: Manage valuation of portfolio companies in coordination with investment team of respective funds. Give an overview of compliances applicable wrt direct / indirect taxation, labour laws, operational licences etc in the portfolio company and also implement a compliance tracker. Qualifications, skills and competencies A qualified CA with articleship from a reputed firm. Between 1 and 3 years' experience in Financial due diligence in a Corporate/MNC. Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
