Investor Relations Manager

Responsibilities:

1.The first thing mentioned in the Investor Relations role is maintaining a proper Investor Relations (IR) plan and upgrading as per requirement.

2.Comprehensive and competitive analysis of different financial models/financial tools/metrics, etc.

3.Training and development programs with company spokespersons at regular intervals.

4.Ensuring a proper database of clients

5.Liaise internally with the Sales team, CS team, and Fund Accounting teams.

6.Propose and develop department-wide operational improvements in consultation with the other managers

7.Communicate our client’s unique vision and investment process to institutional investors

8.Effectively position our client as a differentiated provider of investment solutions

9.Partner with relationship managers to provide exceptional client service

10.Attend and host meetings and calls with current and prospective investors

11.Collaborate closely with colleagues across Investor Relations, Client Portfolio Management, and investment teams on a broad range of client-related efforts

12.Regularly tracking investors’ perceptions and queries, conveying the same to the management, and resolving any discrimination if they arise.

13.Assisting in dealing with analyst and investor queries

Required Skills/Abilities:

1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2.Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a variety of personalities and positions.

3.Ability to convert complex financial information into understandable text.

4.Ability to analyze and improve opportunities for investors.

Education and Experience:

1.Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Business, or related field required.

2.At least 0 - 2 year of relations management experience are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
