Investor Relations Manager

As an Investor Relations Manager at Sadbhav Futuretech Limited, you will play a crucial role in representing the company in front of investors, analysts, market research professionals, and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare and manage investor communications such as earnings releases, presentations, and annual reports. - Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and conference calls to engage with potential and existing investors. - Monitor market trends and provide valuable insights to the leadership team for informed decision-making. - Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and disclosure requirements to maintain transparency and trust with stakeholders. - Build and nurture strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and credibility in the market. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Investor Relations or Corporate Finance. - Strong understanding of financial statements and capital markets to effectively communicate financial performance. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Hindi languages to engage with diverse stakeholders. - Previous experience in the Renewable Energy, Power, or Infrastructure sectors would be advantageous.
