Investor Relations Manager

at Sadbhav Futuretech LimitedSadbhav Futuretech Limited is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our growing team in Gurugram.This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and represent a fast-growing renewable energy and agri-tech company in front of investors, analysts, Market research, and Stakeholder Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare & manage investor communications (earnings releases, presentations, annual reports)2. Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and conference calls3. Monitor market trends and provide insights to leadership4. Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and disclosure requirements5. Build & maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders

Desired Profile:

1. 5–7 years of experience in Investor Relations / Corporate Finance2. Strong understanding of financial statements & capital markets3. Excellent communication & presentation skills (English & Hindi)4. Experience in Renewable Energy / Power / Infrastructure sectors preferred
