UI/UX Designer

Company: Propflo CRM We're looking for a passionate and curious UX Designer with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join our team at Propflo CRM in Hyderabad. You'll be working on real estate-focused products that impact customer success, sales, and product usability. This is a great opportunity to grow, own real design problems, and collaborate directly with product and tech teams. What we’re looking for: 1–1.5 years of hands-on UX/UI design experience Solid understanding of usability and visual design, with experience in wireframing and prototyping (exposure to AI-powered tools is a plus) Proficiency in Figma and a willingness to explore/utilize AI for UI generation and design workflows Clear thinking and a user-first mindset Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS or CRM tools What you'll get: Fast-paced, startup-style learning End-to-end ownership of features Exposure to real product feedback Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹350,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 23/05/2025
