We are building disciplined investor communications, fundraising readiness, and transparent reporting to support rapid growth and strong stakeholder relationships. This remote internship offers direct exposure to finance, corporate strategy, and investor engagement for high-performing candidates based in India.Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Investor Relations team in preparing investor-facing materials: pitch decks, quarterly investor updates, and one-pagers that clearly present metrics and narrative.
- Analyze financial and operational data to produce concise dashboards and KPI reports for investors and leadership (revenue, MRR/ARR, CAC, LTV, burn).
- Help maintain cap table, cap table scenarios, and fundraising trackers; prepare documents requested during investor diligence rounds.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual investor meetings, track follow-ups in CRM, and prepare briefing notes and Q&A for leadership.
- Monitor external investor activity and market signals; surface insights and competitor funding updates to inform messaging and strategy.
- Contribute to process improvements: standardize templates, reporting cadence, and repository for investor materials.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic financial modeling) and PowerPoint/Google Slides proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to translate data into a persuasive story for investors.
- High attention to detail, organized, and comfortable managing confidential documents.
- Available to work remotely from India and collaborate across time zones as needed.
Preferred
- Prior internship or coursework in investor relations, corporate finance, consulting, VC/PE, or startup operations.
- Familiarity with cap table tools, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), or basic data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio).
