As our e-commerce and retail presence continues to expand, we are looking for a results-driven Inventory & Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, inventory control, and procurement functions at our Mohali facility. Job Summary The Inventory & Warehouse Manager will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, managing inventory levels, and leading purchasing and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment operations, with the ability to optimize stock flow across platforms and ensure accurate, timely dispatch of orders. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic supply chain planning. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage a team of warehouse and inventory staff. Operate and maintain inventory tracking systems to monitor deliveries, shipments, and stock levels. Evaluate incoming and outgoing stock for accuracy, timeliness, and quality assurance. Analyze daily inventory reports to proactively identify shortages, excess stock, or process inefficiencies. Lead and execute procurement activities: vendor sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order management. Manage supply and demand planning, especially for fast-moving e-commerce SKUs. Coordinate with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, website) for order fulfillment and inventory sync. Build and maintain strong vendor and logistics partner relationships. Propose cost-effective strategies and streamline warehouse and supply chain operations. Monitor market and internal data to forecast demand accurately and adjust procurement accordingly. Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse and inventory personnel. Ensure compliance with internal policies, documentation, and warehouse safety standards. Requirements Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse operations, and procurement, with at least 1 year in e-commerce or D2C operations. Proficiency with inventory management software, Excel, and ERP tools. Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes, returns handling, and platform inventory syncing. Background in vendor management and demand forecasting. Data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Certification in inventory/supply chain (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
