Preference - Male We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Retail Inventory Manager to oversee and manage inventory operations at our Bathinda retail location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, minimizing stock discrepancies, and ensuring smooth supply chain coordination. Role & responsibilities Monitor and manage daily inventory across retail shelves and warehouse Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and errors Track stock movement and generate inventory reports Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams Maintain inventory records in ERP/Excel systems Forecast demand and assist in purchase planning Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in inventory or store management (retail sector preferred) Strong knowledge of inventory software (Excel, ERP, POS systems) Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to lead a small team and manage stockroom staff Good communication and problem-solving skills To Apply: Send your updated resume to ritu.sharma@kapsons.com or WhatsApp at 9878942055
