Retail Inventory Manager

Role & responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily inventory across retail shelves and warehouse
Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and errors
Track stock movement and generate inventory reports
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams
Maintain inventory records in ERP/Excel systems
Forecast demand and assist in purchase planning

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in inventory or store management (retail sector preferred)
Strong knowledge of inventory software (Excel, ERP, POS systems)
Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to lead a small team and manage stockroom staff
Good communication and problem-solving skills
