The company manufactures equipment and systems featuring weighing, measurement, and automation technology for various applications. With in-house R&D, Design, and Production facilities in Vadodara, SCALETEC operates from multiple offices in India and distributes exclusive products from ZEMIC and AXIS. Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ERP Inventory Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our inventory processes using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across our supply chain. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory principles and a proven track record of working with ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system. Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. Conduct regular inventory reconciliations and cycle counts to ensure data integrity. Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and minimize obsolescence. Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory planning. Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within inventory management. Train and support team members on ERP inventory functionalities as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation related to inventory modules. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Proven hands-on experience with an ERP system Strong understanding of inventory control principles, including forecasting, stock optimization, and warehousing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
