Inside Sales Specialist

We are based in Vadodara and manufacture equipment and systems featuring weighing, measurement, and automation technology for various applications such as Weighing, Force, and Torque Measurement. In addition, we have our own in-house R&D, design, and production facilities in Vadodara and operate from our main office and various branch offices across India. We represent exclusive products from ZEMIC in load cells and transducers, and AXIS from Poland for laboratory weighing and moisture analysis. We are currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Specialist for an on-site role in Vadodara. As an Inside Sales Specialist at SCALE TEC, your responsibilities will include generating leads, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will involve communication with potential and existing clients, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, demonstrate excellent Communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with a sales team. Relevant experience in the weighing and measurement industry is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
