Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound channels. - Engage with prospects via phone, email, and other digital platforms to understand their needs and present solutions. - Provide product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and close sales. - Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and help implement changes under guidance. - Contribute to the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient operations. - Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and assist in small automation tasks where possible. - Play a key role in ensuring a smooth post-purchase journey for customers, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. - Track and report key performance metrics, such as response and ticket handling time, helping the team meet service level agreements (SLAs). - Collect customer feedback and share insights with product, marketing, and operations teams to support ongoing improvements. - Learn to use data and customer interaction trends to support strategic decision-making across the Customer Experience function. Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management, or a similar role. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to learning and collaboration. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to grow with the team. - Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools, support ticketing systems, or customer experience platforms.,
