Job Summary We are hiring a dynamic and growth-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at our Pulikkayam (Kodanchery) office. You will be responsible for driving business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting Cascade’s digital solutions to new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and client outreach. Promote Cascade’s services such as website development, social media marketing, SEO, branding, and advertising. Conduct meetings (in-person and virtual) with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support revenue growth. Prepare and present business proposals, service packages, and follow-ups. Work with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development (preferably in digital marketing).
