Your primary responsibilities include: - Identifying and pursuing new business prospects through lead generation and client outreach - Showcasing Cascade's services like website development, social media marketing, SEO, branding, and advertising - Conducting meetings with potential clients to understand requirements and offer customized solutions - Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth - Preparing and presenting business proposals and service packages - Collaborating with internal teams for timely project execution - Meeting monthly and quarterly business targets Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in digital marketing - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Fluency in English, proficiency in Hindi, and knowledge of Malayalam advantageous - Tech-savvy with familiarity in digital tools and CRM platforms - Willingness to relocate to Pulikkayam, Kodanchery The role is office-based at the Pulikkayam, Kodanchery location. Candidates must relocate at their own expense before employment. Daily local travel may be required, and remote work options are not available. A 3-month probation period will evaluate performance, with a competitive salary package based on experience and monthly incentives. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
