Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at Hypha, you will play a crucial role in the sales operations by focusing on generating and closing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, client engagement, product demonstration, and deal closing. This position requires a strong sales acumen and the ability to independently drive sales cycles. You will need to understand customer needs, deliver effective solutions presentations, and negotiate deals to expand our market footprint. - Generate new business leads through targeted outreach methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. - Qualify leads from marketing initiatives and convert them into sales opportunities. - Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations for potential clients, emphasizing the features and benefits of Hypha's solutions. - Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closing, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in CRM systems. - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and sales strategies. - Stay updated on industry trends and product updates to improve sales presentations and strategies. Minimum Qualifications: - Effective communication skills to persuade potential clients at all levels. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sales opportunities concurrently. - Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in giving product demos and closing sales, particularly in the healthcare industry. - Demonstrated success in inside sales or direct sales roles, preferably within the healthcare technology sector. - Proficiency in using CRM software, especially Zoho, to monitor sales progress and lead interactions. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
