About the Role:
As a Business Development Specialist at Hypha Care, you’ll be at the frontline of our growth efforts - driving awareness, sparking interest, and opening doors with potential clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying high-quality leads and initiating meaningful conversations that set the stage for successful demos and conversions by the sales team.

This role demands a sharp communicator who’s persistent, persuasive, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll play a key role in articulating Hypha’s value, building trust early in the sales funnel, and shaping the first impression we make with every clinic we reach.

What You'll Do:

  • Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups to engage potential clients
  • Qualify and nurture leads via WhatsApp and phone to secure demo bookings
  • Keep CRM and Excel sheets updated with all interactions and lead statuses
  • Schedule demo meetings between prospects and the Sales Team
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine lead engagement strategies
  • Represent Hypha at industry events and webinars, as needed
  • Track weekly performance and suggest improvements to outreach efforts

What We're Looking For:

  • Looking for female candidates based in Kerala
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills in Malayalam and English
  • Self-driven, reliable, and not afraid of daily targets
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus
  • Eagerness to learn and engage with healthcare tech products
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events or campaigns
  • Freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development or telecalling
  • Healthcare technology sector experience is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in using CRM software to track and analyze lead activity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
