Role Overview

We’re on the lookout for a driven and confident Inside Sales Specialist with exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of global markets. Based out of our Gurgaon office, you’ll play a key role in driving lead generation, client engagement, and sales coordination to fuel our growth across the Middle East region.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
  • Engage with potential clients across the Middle East to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Present and pitch IT and Cybersecurity solutions that address client requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop proposals and solution presentations.
  • Manage follow-ups, quotations, and end-to-end deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with global markets (preferably the Middle East) – this is a must.
  • Strong background in inside sales, IT solution sales, or B2B technology sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
  • Experience using CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of IT networking, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions.
