We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and drive quality leads through strategic digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM/SMO), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and optimizing local business listings like Google My Business (GMB). You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence across platforms to attract, engage, and convert potential customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management Develop and execute lead generation strategies through digital platforms. Plan, run, and optimize performance-driven ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) . Track ROI and conversion metrics to ensure consistent growth in leads and CPL optimization. 2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve keyword rankings and organic visibility. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits. Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. 3. SMO / Social Media Management Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms. Build community and engage with followers to increase brand awareness. Use insights and analytics to guide strategy and content improvements. 4. GMB & Local Listings Set up and manage Google My Business (GMB) profile and other relevant directories. Optimize local SEO through citations, location-based keywords, and regular updates. 5. Website & Landing Page Management Coordinate with developers/designers to ensure the website is conversion-optimized. Create, test, and refine landing pages for campaigns using tools like Elementor, Webflow, etc. Ensure proper setup of tracking tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel. 6. Reporting & Analysis Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead flow, and key metrics. Analyze data to recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation . Proficiency in Google Ads , Meta Ads , SEO , GMB , Google Analytics , and social media platforms. Knowledge of marketing automation, email marketing tools, and basic design/editing tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience in B2B or high-ticket service/product marketing Understanding of CRM tools Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress Why Join Us?
