Business Development Associate

A Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in connecting world-class sports flooring solutions with institutions, contractors, and clients who value quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Networking:

  Identify and engage with schools, colleges, academies, contractors, builders, architects, and sports associations.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Market Research & Intelligence:

  Track industry trends, upcoming projects, and government tenders in sports infrastructure.

• Sales & Negotiation:

  Pitch sports flooring products and systems, prepare proposals, and close deals.

• Collaboration with Technical Teams:

  Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly.

• Brand Promotion:

  Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and digital platforms to strengthen visibility.

• Revenue Growth:

  Consistently achieve sales targets while expanding the client base in both domestic and international markets.

The pay planned for this role is fixed at 25,000 to 30,000 per month, variable component will be introduced as per the performance of the candidate, the company will provide travel allowance for visits/ meetings.
