As an Inside Sales representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with new customers through cold calling to generate leads and acquire new business. Your role will involve aggressively reaching out to customers to understand their needs and requirements in order to provide suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents - Develop and implement effective sales plans, set ambitious targets, and manage the sales pipeline - Monitor agent performance, provide coaching, and prepare sales reports and forecasts - Build client relationships, negotiate complex deals, stay updated on market trends, and ensure high customer satisfaction - Identify new business opportunities, represent the company, and collaborate with the marketing and finance teams Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Proven track record of meeting sales targets - Knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus This full-time, permanent position requires you to work in person at the specified location.
