Job Description

Digital Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies through digital platforms.
  • Plan, run, and optimize performance-driven ad campaigns across

    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

    and

    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    .
  • Track ROI and conversion metrics to ensure consistent growth in leads and CPL optimization.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve keyword rankings and organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

3. SMO / Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Build community and engage with followers to increase brand awareness.
  • Use insights and analytics to guide strategy and content improvements.

4. GMB & Local Listings

  • Set up and manage Google My Business (GMB) profile and other relevant directories.
  • Optimize local SEO through citations, location-based keywords, and regular updates.

5. Website & Landing Page Management

  • Coordinate with developers/designers to ensure the website is conversion-optimized.
  • Create, test, and refine landing pages for campaigns using tools like Elementor, Webflow, etc.
  • Ensure proper setup of tracking tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead flow, and key metrics.
  • Analyze data to recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on

    lead generation

    Google Analytics

    , and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, email marketing tools, and basic design/editing tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in B2B or high-ticket service/product marketing
  • Understanding of CRM tools
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress
