Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include communication with potential and existing clients, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team
• Relevant experience in the weighing and measurement industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
