Inventory Coordinator

You will be responsible for managing orders, purchases, and inventory records efficiently. Your strong skills in Microsoft Excel and proactive attitude will contribute to smooth inventory operations. - Process and track customer orders efficiently. - Coordinate with sales and operations teams for timely fulfillment. - Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders as per requirements. - Liaise with vendors for timely procurement and delivery of goods. - Maintain accurate purchase records and reconcile with invoices. - Update and maintain inventory records using Excel and other software. - Conduct routine inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels. - Address inventory discrepancies and propose corrective actions. - Create Excel reports on inventory status, order trends, and purchase history. - Provide insights and forecasts based on inventory data for business decisions. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus. - 1-2 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or procurement management preferred.
