Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Intern to join our team in Bangalore. As a Customer Service Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our members and will play a key role in enhancing their experience with Edify.club. You’ll help address customer queries, provide support, and contribute to building a strong and positive community. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone Provide accurate information about Edify.club offerings and services Resolve member issues efficiently and effectively Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback Work closely with other teams (product, marketing, community) to ensure a seamless user experience Identify and suggest improvements to existing customer service processes Contribute to member engagement and satisfaction initiatives What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proactive, positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate/graduate studies Perks: Hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment Opportunity to interact with industry leaders and a thriving community Certificate of internship upon successful completion Flexible and collaborative work culture How to Apply: If you are passionate about helping people and want to be part of an exciting growth story, we would love to hear from you!
