Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Intern to join our team in Bangalore. As a Customer Service Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our members and will play a key role in enhancing their experience with Edify.club. You’ll help address customer queries, provide support, and contribute to building a strong and positive community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone
• Provide accurate information about Edify.club offerings and services
• Resolve member issues efficiently and effectively
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
• Work closely with other teams (product, marketing, community) to ensure a seamless user experience
• Identify and suggest improvements to existing customer service processes
• Contribute to member engagement and satisfaction initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proactive, positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate/graduate studies
