Job Description: Inventory Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory and Procurement Coordinator to manage orders, purchases, and inventory records efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and a proactive attitude toward ensuring smooth inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management:
  • Process and track customer orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Procurement Management:
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders based on requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and reconcile with invoices.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Regularly update and maintain inventory records in Excel and other software.
  • Conduct routine inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Address discrepancies in inventory and suggest corrective actions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Create and maintain Excel reports on inventory status, order trends, and purchase history.
  • Provide insights and forecasts based on inventory data to support business decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or procurement management is preferred.
