Inventory Coordinator

As an Inventory Management Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and streamlining inventory operations. Your role will involve monitoring stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment, and tracking discrepancies to maintain efficient inventory control. You will also be required to maintain accurate inventory records in the system, conduct regular physical inventory checks and cycle counts, assist in purchase order preparation and supplier coordination, generate reports, and analyze inventory trends for optimization. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in inventory management, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Proficiency in MS Excel, inventory management tools such as SAP or Oracle (preferred), and excellent organizational abilities are essential. You should also be detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at multitasking. This position is located in Jayanagar 8th Block, Bangalore, and falls under the Supply Chain / Operations department.
