Duties and Responsibilities – Promotion Field Executive (Nagercoil) 1. Institutional Visits & Promotion Regularly visit schools, colleges, and other institutions in and around Nagercoil. Present and promote Magic Planet and DAC programs to management, principals, and coordinators. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational authorities and tour operators. 2. Reporting & Documentation Send a daily report with the contact person’s name and contact number. Maintain accurate records of daily visits and enquiries. Provide weekly/monthly progress reports on activities and achievements. 3. Marketing & Awareness Conduct promotional activities, campaigns, and presentations to increase institutional visits. Distribute brochures, promotional materials, and share digital content with decision-makers. Coordinate with the central marketing team for updated promotional materials and strategies. 4. Coordination & Representation Act as the permanent representative of Magic Planet in the Nagercoil region. Support in organizing special promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns. Ensure effective communication between institutions and the head office. 5. Targets & Growth Achieve assigned promotion and booking targets .
