Assistant Chef

As an Assistant Chef specializing in South Indian cuisine, you will be an integral part of our quantity kitchen team. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and cooking traditional South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, and curries to the highest standards of quality. Working closely with the Kitchen Manager, you will also contribute to menu planning, food preparation, and presentation while upholding strict standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen. In addition to ensuring compliance with food safety and quality control procedures, you will collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to meet production demands in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a culinary degree/diploma or equivalent experience, along with a deep expertise in South Indian cuisine. Strong cooking and presentation skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, are essential for success in this position.
